Yes, it is true. You can lose weight without exercising. Weight-loss is 80% diet, 10% exercise and 10% genes. BUT, you should exercise for your health, to obtain more energy so that you can focus on healthy eating and to become happier. Exercise is the best anti-depressant there is. Exercise equals endorphins, and endorphins make you happy.
This week I'm going to walk for 30 minutes every morning followed by stretching. I'm going to do weight-lifting on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday, and running for 30 minutes on Saturday and Sunday. I can feel my mood changing already! What is your plan?
