I got a question the other day asking how many times I check the scale every week.
I don’t get on the scale often at all. It just makes me depressed. Since I lift a lot of weights the scale keeps on going up. Muscles weigh more than fat so it’s all good, but it’s still discouraging to see the weight increase. It’s so ingrained in us that we need to weigh less. So I strongly recommend to limit the times you check the scale. Instead choose a pair of pants and measure your progress on them. It's a great motivator to see the pants fit better and better.
