If you are looking for a quick but effective calorie burning exercise, here it is!
Time yourself so that you can see how you improve ongoing. Aim for doing this exercise faster each time to push yourself, but don't forget form. You want to make sure you do each exercise properly without rushing through it. I'm currently doing this in 16 minutes (the burpees are taking a long time for me) and I'm fighting to get down to 10 minutes.
This is a killer exercise. You will feel it in every muscle. It's tough but you will see the results, so don't give up! How fast will you do this exercise in one month? Set a goal!
- 20 squat jumps
- 19 sit-ups
- 18 jumping jacks
- 17 squats
- 16 lunges (8 on each leg
- 15 burpees
- 14 push-ups
- 13 Russian kettle ball swings (you can use a weight)
- 12 frog leaps
- 11 narrow push-ups
- 10 Side Russian kettle ball swings (you can use a weight)
- 9 burpees
- 8 Medicine ball/weight sit-ups twists
- 7 hip lifts with a weight
- 6 squat jumps
- 5 burpees
- 4 frog leaps
- 3 narrow push-ups
- 2 side plank for 40 seconds each
- 1 plank for 1 min
