Dieting is so boring!

Dieting is so boring! That's the first thing I hear from most Clients. I totally agree, by this is not a diet. You are about to start a new lifestyle.

You need to focus on what you can eat, and not on what you can't eat. Looking at a long list of vegetables is pretty boring, but you need to see the possibilities. Think of all new fun recipes you are going to try.

There are a lot of things you can do to make your new lifestyle fun and the transition easier

  • Plan to try a new healthy recipe every week. Try new spices - ginger, curry and cinnamon etc.
  • Assess your kitchen and see if you need some new cooking tools. Cooking is suppose to be fun!
  • Start a dinner club with friends and take turn hosting a dinner every week. You might even motivate them to start a new lifestyle as well.
  • Buy some new workout clothes. New clothes will definitely bring some new energy to your workouts.
  • Don't stop going out for dinner. It's important that your lifestyle doesn't impact your relationships. Just pick out healthy recipes and ask your friends to support your decision.
