Create a healthy living mantra

I truly believe that we get what we focus on. If you keep thinking about and focusing on things you don't think you can't do, there is a pretty good chance you won't. If you don't think you can resist junk food or exercise every day, you probably won't. Instead create a healthy living mantra, positive thoughts, that you repeat daily. Before long, they will become true.
