Last night I grilled chicken breast. I chopped half the chicken breasts and measured 4 oz. portions. I measured and packed 6 containers, which means I have lunch and a snack for three days. The rest of the chicken I put in the freezer, which I will take out on Wednesday to defrost for the rest of the week. Saving lots of time not having to worry about lunch later, as well as money!
