Morning stretch

Have you ever watched a cat when they wake up? They take their time and stretch every body part. I've started stretching every morning, and it feels good. It wakes up my entire body and makes me more relaxed.

If you start your day in a stressful way, you’ll probably feel stressed for the rest of the day as well. Start your morning with 5 minutes of silence and ease. Stand up and stretch your body to make you as tall as you can be. Then bend over and touch the ground, with slightly bent knees. Repeat. Try to just feel your body and pay attention to your breath. Be a cat!
