LCHF Oven Bacon Pancakes are filling pancakes that are packed with protein flavor and protein, and very few carbs. Served them with fresh fruits or whipped cream. I put some vanilla powder in the cream for extra flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 package of bacon
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Heat the oven to 100 degrees.
Chop the bacon and fry it in butter until it gets color.
Mix the cream and the eggs.
Add the bacon and cheese and mix well.
Pour the mix into a baking pan and place in the oven.
Bake until the pancake has color and is cooked in the middle.
