How was your weekend? Did you stay healthy, or did you give in to unhealthy choices? Do you feel strong and motivated?
It is easy to let your Monday's reflect your mood and feelings. If you are the kind of person who's mood is connected to food and weight, it's easy to blame it on the Monday, give up and continue eating junk food. But it doesn't have to be that way. I view Mondays as a fresh start. The weekend is in the past, and I don't look back. Just keep on going!
