• Rinse and chop all the vegetables you are going to use during the week all at once. Store them in glass containers in the fridge until you are ready to use them. • Read through the recipes completely before you start to cook. • Plan out your week ahead of time. You might be able to cook two meals at the same time, and heat them up on busy nights. • Do dishes as you go while you cook. This way you will spend minimal time after the meal to only clean up the last of the dishes. • Pack left-over dinner for lunch the next day. Being efficient when planning what to shop and being efficient in the grocery store will save you a lot of time. Place the Shopping List Template on your fridge door and note throughout the week what you need to buy.
