Today when you’re cooking try to forget the noise and stress around you. Stay in the moment and focus on just what you are doing that second. Focus on cutting up the veggies, listen to the chicken as it’s frying in the pan and smell the different flavors as they spread in your kitchen. Cooking is a form of mediation that is good for body, mind and soul.
