Fruited Cottage Cheese Salad
Ingredients
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 small apple
- 2 tsp raisins
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 lettuce leaf
- Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
Directions
- Chop the apple into small chunks
- Mix cottage cheese, apple and raisins together in a bowl
- Place the lettuce leaf on a plate
- Spoon the mixture onto the lettuce leaf
- Sprinkle with flax seeds and spices (optional) and serve
