Curried popcorn
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 6 cups microwave popcorn
- 1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts
Optional
- Cayenne for an extra kick
- Chopped dried fruits
Directions
- Combine the oil, curry powder and ginger in a small microwavable bowl or cup
- Microwave the mixture for about 45-60 seconds, stopping every 15 seconds to stir. Set the mixture to the side.
- Microwave the popcorn
- Combine the popcorn and peanuts in a bowl (fruit optional). Drizzle the mixture over the popcorn and toss gently to coat.
- Serve and enjoy!
