A great breakfast smoothie or to be served as an afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole blanched almonds
- 2 ½ cups milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
- Ground cinnamon
Directions
- Cut the banana into chunks.
- Put the almonds into a food processor or blender and process until very finely chopped.
- Add the milk, bananas and vanilla extract and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into serving glasses and sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
